Position Objective
To provide Tyler MUNIS clients with high level customer service and to resolve problems with their software.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone or e-mail support for software customers and prioritize multiple issues effectively.
- Provide resolution to customer inquiries regarding MUNIS products.
- Continually develop product expertise by reviewing new functionality, testing new product issues, and utilizing company resources.
Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency using computers and exposure to relational databases or SQL desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively work with clients on technical and business issues.
- Experience with application software in a customer service environment a plus.
- Knowledge of accounting principles or experience with accounting software is strongly desired.
